The state seeks an established and trusted device refurbisher to set up operation in Iowa to launch a refurbishing program. The program will also fund activities to recruit institutions and businesses to be part of the donation program, determine eligibility requirements, meet the needs of individuals, and establish efficient distribution methods for devices.
