Description
The Iowa Secretary of State (SOS) and Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEMD) are seeking to partner with a Respondent to design and conduct cybersecurity and security training for local election officials, focusing on social engineering and the “human element”. The Respondent is to have an understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the components/tactics of social engineering. A background understanding of election administration and election security is preferred.
