The City of North Richland Hills is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Main Street Smithfield Paving, Water, Sewer, Storm, Illumination, and Landscape Improvements ( Smithfield Rd to Davis Blvd). SUMMARY OF WORK: Main Street will be reconstructed from Smithfield Road to Davis Boulevard including concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, street furniture, lighting, trees, drainage, water, and sewer improvements. A concrete sidewalk/trail will be constructed along Davis Boulevard from Main Street to Odell Street.
