#26-012 LEASE OR PURCHASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR DC 31-3-01

The County of Lehigh will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, May 6, 2026, and will publicly open said proposals after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, May 7, 2026, for the LEASE or PURCHASE OF OFFICE SPACE for District Court 31-3-01 (MDJ Creighton). A total of approximately 3,000 square feet is needed, which must be located within Slatington Borough or the Townships of Heidelberg, Lowhill, L y nn , Washington or Weisenberg , or by special Order of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a location meeting the necessary requirements for the office, reasonably adjacent to these areas.

The County Executive reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, retains the discretion to accept another proposal or to negotiate terms, other than price, of any proposal once all have been received and reviewed, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract in the best interests of the County of Lehigh.
