City of Baldwin, Georgia - Banks Ridge, Banks Highland, Banks Terrace, Highland Pointe Drive, & Dawn Place Roadway Improvements :
Bids will be received at City of Baldwin, City Hall, 186 Hwy 441 Bypass, Baldwin Georgia, 30511 until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
Approximately 825 Tons of 9.5 mm Asphalt Superpave, 1,380 Tons 19 mm Asphalt Superpave, 500 GAL of Tack Coat, 7,800 L.F. of 5-inch Yellow and 30 L.F. of 24-inch White Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, 0.9 L.M. of Roadway Shoulder Reconstruction, 0.45 AC of Erosion Control TP C Turf Establishment, and Traffic Control.
Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER. A Bid Bond will be required with proposal submission.
