Project Description: The City of Tallahassee (City) is seeking a Contractor that will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, skills, supervision and necessary tools and equipment to renovate the environmental Services Offices located in City Hall.
The interior renovation includes demolition of ceilings, demolition of systems, replacement of ceilings and systems, painting and air infiltration resolution. The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive contractor. See attachments for greater specifications and detail.
