Description
The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is seeking qualified Suppliers to provide Pharmaceutical Services for the Inmate population of Jail Restoration Center with a maximum population of 31 beds.
The contractor must address pharmacy service requirements for DBHDD in full compliance with the requirements/agreement as defined herein. Contractor services must be defined generally as general and specialized pharmacy services, including a comprehensive pharmaceutical services program, for DBHDD Jail Restoration Center. The services provided must be in complete compliance with all governing federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations.
All-inclusive provision of pharmaceuticals, including, but not limited to, over-the-counter medications, IV medications, and vaccines.
