Solicitation Document Description: The purpose of this RFP is to select and retain a professional consulting team to manage and complete the 30 percent preliminary design to incorporate bikeway facilities and road safety improvements on Eglinton Avenue East from McCowan Road to Kingston Road; Kingston Road from Eglinton Avenue East to Scarborough Golf Club Road; and Bellamy Road North from Eglinton Avenue East to Bellamy Road North / Porchester Drive. These improvements will be bundled with road resurfacing on Eglinton Avenue East and Bellamy Road North, with construction anticipated for 2030-2031.
