104 BUILDING BOILER REPLACEMENTS
Pre-proposal meeting & site inspection: April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time

The County of Marquette seeks proposals from qualified firms for construction services related to removal and replacement of two condensing boilers at our 104 Building at KI Sawyer. Proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon local time, Monday, April 20
th
, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud outside the Resource Management Office at above date and time.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:
A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. local time on April 14
th
, 2026. The meeting will commence at the 104 Building at KI Sawyer, Michigan 49841. Prospective bidders will have the opportunity to schedule an additional site visit after the pre-proposal meeting, if needed.
ADDENDA:
All questions must be submitted in writing, via email or facsimile, by April 16th, 2026, and will be answered by addenda and posted here by April 17th, 2026.
