The intent and purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract with qualified Contractor(s) for a guaranteed firm, fixed differential price for the fuels noted herein. Contractor(s) shall be required to provide and ensure delivery of a blend consisting of 10% Ethanol and 90% unleaded gasoline, as referred to herein as E10 Gasoline and/or, diesel fuel consisting of a blend of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel(ULSD) on an as required basis.
