ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for THE CLOSURE OF WHITE RIVER RECYCLING & RECLAMATION CLASS 3T LANDFILL, will be received by White River Planning & Development District at the office at 4441 Harrison St, Batesville, AR 72501 until 10:00 o’clock A.M., on September 17, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. The project shall include all excavations, clay liner, topsoil, and perimeter ditches.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
Miller Newell Engineers, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR
Dodge Plans Room, ( www.dodgeplans.construction.com )
Southern Reprographics, 901 West Seventh, Little Rock, AR
Copies of the Contract Documents must be obtained at the office of MILLER NEWELL ENGINEERS, 510 Third Street, Newport, Arkansas 72ll2, upon the payment of $100.00 for each set. Any bidder upon returning the Contract Documents within fourteen days and in good condition will be refunded their payment. Any non-bidder upon so returning the Contract Documents will be refunded $50.00.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
