NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids for the Elevator Installation Arkansas County Courthouse will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the office of the Arkansas County Judge, Arkansas County Courthouse Annex, 312 South College Street, Stuttgart, AR 72160, then opened and read aloud.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the project site: 302 South College Street in Stuttgart. All contractors interested in bidding are strongly encouraged to attend.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011. Prime contractors may obtain one printed set of drawings and specifications at no charge. Subcontractors and Prime Contractors requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased bidding documents are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Arkansas County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
Arkansas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. This ad paid for by Arkansas County, Arkansas at the cost of $226.08.
