Qualifications must be in the format dictated in the response document provided and physically delivered by September 16, 2026, 4:00 PM CST to:

Little Rock, AR 72205
Late submission due to 3rd party delivery will NOT be considered.
Pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann. ยง 22-9-203, the Owner encourages all small, minority and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
