PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 3:00 p.m. (EST), AUGUST 25, 2026

Firms are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made part of the above-named proposal and contract

documents. The following are issued to revise/clarify the proposal and contract documents, and these items shall

have the same force and effect as the original proposal and contract documents. Proposals to be submitted on the

above-specified date for Purchasing shall conform to the revisions and clarifications as listed herein.

ITEM #1 QUESTION/ANSWER

Q1: Although the General Instructions (Section RP-01) indicate that attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is

not mandatory, we would like to confirm whether participation in this meeting is required for a proposal to be

considered responsive, or whether attendance remains entirely optional as stated in the solicitation documents.

A1: The Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory. Attendance is optional but stronly encouraged. Proposals

will still be considered responsive without participation in this meeting.

Q2: We would like to inquire whether the County plans to provide a virtual attendance option for the Pre-Proposal

Conference (e.g., via Microsoft Teams or another online platform), or if participation is intended to be strictly in

person.

A2: The Pre-Proposal meetings are conducted strictly in person at this time. There will not be any virtual options

available.

This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original proposal documents of RFP

No. 20260538. Firms are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal forms.
