The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain contracted services to conduct periodic aerial drone deer population surveys to document the number and locations of deer within Arlington County and produce a geodatabase of point features attributed to each deer within ESRIâs ArcGIS software (GIS). Services will include provision of all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and administration, including permitting, to carry out aerial surveys and produce deliverables. The first survey is anticipated in winter 2025.
