Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Lift Station Rehabilitation Project to include the installation of three wastewater package pump stations furnished by the Owner, including all necessary appurtenances will be received by the City of DeValls Bluff at the office of Mayor Darlene Conner until 2:00 PM (local time), on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:

Owner: City of DeValls Bluff, 977 East Cypress Street, DeValls Bluff, Arkansas 72041
Hardcopies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC located at 1163 Main Street, Suite 104, Vilonia, AR 72173 upon non refundable payment of $100.00 for each set. Electronic copies are available at no cost.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT ALL WORK PROPOSED UNDER THIS BID SHALL BE COMPLETE AND FINAL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1, 2026, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON.
