Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Water Tank Rehabilitation Project to include the rehabilitation of two (2) elevated water storage tanks and two (2) vertical pressure filters, including all necessary appurtenances will be received by the City of DeValls Bluff at the office of Mayor Darlene Conner until 2:00 PM (local time), on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Hardcopies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC located at 1163 Main Street, Suite 104, Vilonia, AR 72173 upon non refundable payment of $75.00 for each set. Electronic copies are available at no cost.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT ALL WORK PROPOSED UNDER THIS BID SHALL BE COMPLETE AND FINAL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1, 2026, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON.
