Description: STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES Rockland County Department of Probation (RCProb) is seeking proposals to provide sex offender specific evaluative and clinical services to adults and additional psycho-educational services to non-offending/supportive individuals who intend to assist in the offender’s overall self-management plan to reduce the risk of reoffending. The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies.
