Grass Cutting for RTI Complex located at Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA. Contract consists of ï¬ne cut mowing at a height of 2.5 to 3 inches across the facility to include trimming around buildings, security barriers, fences, signpost, utility poles, ï¬re hydrants, telephone pedestals or any other obstacle to achieve a well-manicured appearance. All sidewalks must be cleaned off upon completion. All heavy clippings, debris or piling must be removed and disposed of offsite.
