Warranty:

Therefore, we are requesting two years of warranty coverage, with the expectation that the second year provides the same comprehensive coverage as the first year.

Validation Fee to following specifications:
Validation will be in line with the SWTOX/OSAC guidelines in accordance with the Method Validation provided by Randox Toxicology Tech Support. Cost of reagents, standards and equipment will be covered by the client.
This fee includes the following:
completion of validation runs on site
data crunching
R&D data checks
QA manager involvement and approvals

Writing the full report on validations and providing it to the Chief Toxicologist.

This requires a Randox Technical Support Scientist to come on site for two or more weeks to complete the task. The fee covers travel, boarding and manpower costs.

QUOTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery:  The analyzer and other products will be supplied within sixteen weeks of the purchase order.

Installation and Training:  Installation will take place after delivery of the analyzer. A technical specialist will conduct the training course, which will take the form of a three-day course for three operators.

Warranty Period:  The analyzer will be covered by a comprehensive warranty for the period of 12 months from date of installation. This warranty covers all costs of parts, travel and labor.

Customer and Technical Support:  Immediate technical support will be provided by telephone, with guaranteed 24-hour response by technical support.
