Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: 4111 SE Inner Loop Structure Demolition & Project Site Clean Up The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for demolition and removal of four (4) structures and concrete pads, associated utility disconnections, groundwater well plugging, septic tank demo, debris haul off, two (2) security gate installations, and other project appurtenances. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before February 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday, February 3, 2025.
