LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SERVICES - RETAINER

LAKE TAHOE BASIN AND TRUCKEE RIVER WATERSHED

Provide professional environmental, civil, and structural engineering and landscape architecture services on an as-needed basis for various projects within the region that includes the Lake Tahoe Basin and California and Nevada portions of the Truckee River watershed for projects as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis. Consultant shall have competency in both terrestrial and aquatic projects, retrofits, and programs that meet requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

Successful firms may be awarded multi-year $5,000,000.00 agreements, up to five (5) years, on a fixed rate basis.
