Description

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) intends to evaluate opportunities for the lease and development of six parcels of real property (Properties) using the Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authority granted under 10 United States Code § 2667 at JBSA-LAK and JBSA-FSH. The DAF is seeking consideration in the form of ground lease payments (cash) and/or In-Kind Consideration (IKC). If energy generation is included in an offeror’s proposal, the DAF may favorably consider energy resilience as an additional IKC.



The DAF anticipates conventional commercial uses of the Properties. The Government is seeking novel approaches for development of parcels as described, but not limited to, those below. Development must be compatible with the installation’s mission.
