Description
1 Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to BCMHSUS Kelowna FPS – Design & Implementation (the “Project”).
The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor.
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants may include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, code, and acoustic.

2 Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care projects >$1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care projects >$1M.
