The Plumas County Department of Public works will accept Proposals from qualified firms employing Certified Public Accountants who have experience in analysis of financial records of solid waste hauling services, together with, or in partnership with, companies and/or individuals with direct experience in solid waste industry practices, i.e., collection, processing, transfer, disposal, maintenance, customer service, billing management and any other parameters deemed pertinent by the Consult.
