Insulation Waste management Vehicle Storage

The Town of Yarmouth, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Insulation project at the Waste Management Vehicle Storage building, located at, 606 Forest Road, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.

Note: This project is being rebid from the orginala due date of September 16, 2026. Scope of work was changed and alternates were added on to the bid form.

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking services for a qualified contractor. The work includes, without limiting the generality thereof, removal of existing insulation and installation of new insulation in existing walls and ceilings. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment as specified to perform the work. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the words:

“Insulation Waste Management-Vehicle Storage”

Sealed General Bids will be received by the Town of Yarmouth at the Town of Yarmouth DPW, 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673, until 2:30 p.m. October 7, 2026.
