The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) intends to enter into a one-year agreement for annual hosting and transition services with Wausau/Deluxe for their receipt processing system and hardware. These machines and the accompanying software are proprietary and are customized to provide specialty receipts for the DHS Financial Operations Division Receipt Center and seven other state agencies. DHS is currently using an on-premise Wausau/Deluxe system and has a business need to transition to a cloud-based system.
DHS has determined that Wausau Financial is the only company that can provide the services to transition to cloud hosting for this software.
