Description

The University of Ottawa (the "University") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Public-Private Partnership (P3) procurement advisors to support the University's Infrastructure Renewal Project (the "Project"). The Project involves the renewal, replacement, and upgrade of various components of the University's existing and aging infrastructure, including the Power Plant, distribution system, and end-point consumption areas.

The P3 procurement advisor will play a critical role in guiding the University through the procurement process, ensuring compliance with best practices and relevant regulations, and achieving the University's objectives for the Project.
