BLM-CO RGFO CADASTRAL SURVEY MONUMENT SUPPLIES

This amendment is to cancel this solicitation due to there being an established IDIQ for Cadastral Survey Monument Supplies. The IDIQ will be utilized for this requirement.

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Delivery Date: 30 days after award

This is an RFQ for supply and maintenance of mining software in accordance with ATTACHMENT 1- A06 SPECS CADASTRAL SURVEY MONUMENTS and the Contract Line Items.

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM
2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.
3. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay partial invoices for accepted deliveries.
4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses
5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 332999- All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing 750
6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price.
7. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factor is technical. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable, the deciding factor will be low price.

-Offers are due August 17, 2025 not later than 17:00 hrs (5:00 PM) Eastern Time (ED).
