Request for Proposal
The intent of this project is to align the Committee on functional priorities, develop a functional plan for the new Fire Station, and complete a class 'C' cost estimate. This work will serve as a basis for the next phase of design and construction starting in 2025.
The Successful proponent will:
• Conduct a current and future needs assessment in collaboration with the Lacombe Fire Department.
• Develop the functional priorities and designs in collaboration with the Committee.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with the Committee.
• Validate the required land parcel area for the purpose of subdivision.
• Present and include development cost estimates.
• Deliver conceptual site plan and block building renderings.
• Deliver final functional design report.
