The Lawrence Public Schools seeks bids from parties interested in leasing approximately 32,000 square feet of vacant real estate property suitable for use as storage space to house school furnishings and equipment for a one (1) year lease period with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year term. This space will be used for storage only and will not house any offices or be manned by any Lawrence Public Schools’ staff. Approximately 32,000 square feet will be needed.
