The Project is generally described as the removal and replacement of retherm units and removal and replacement of refrigeration condensing units where indicated. The successful bidder will beresponsible to furnish and install the equipment where required to include docking stations and associated equipment as required for complete operations.A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at DBHDS office of Environment of Care 1220 Bank Street Richmond, VA at 10:00 a.m.,local prevailing time, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
