Fairgrounds Building Roof Repair
The City of Malvern, Arkansas, will receive sealed bids for Fairgrounds Building Roof Repair,
located at 1303 Collie Road, Malvern, Arkansas, until 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2026,
at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120-A West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104.
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:35 a.m. in the City Conference Room
located at 120-B West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104.
The project consists generally of roof repair, including removal and replacement of metal
roofing, metal trusses, ridge cap, gable trim, flashing, debris removal, and related work as
described in the Scope of Work.
The Invitation to Bid packet contains all submission requirements, including required enclosures,
contractor licensing, insurance, bid bond requirements and scope of work. The outside of the
sealed envelope must be clearly marked as specified in the bid packet. Bids submitted without all
required documents, as identified in the Invitation to Bid packet, will be deemed non-responsive
and will not be considered.

Malvern, Arkansas 72104, telephone (501) 332-7613, or online at www.malvernar.gov.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding
process. Bids may be held for up to ninety (90) days following bid opening.
