The City of Spokane, Street Department is initiating this Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit Bids from Vendors to provide vehicle classification counts throughout the City, as-needed via Pneumatic Tube Traffic Counts on arterials, via Automatic Traffic Records (ATR) – Data Collection Services, as needed over a two-year period.

Payment would only be made for actual services requested, performed and accepted during two-year period.
