Secondary Clarifiers C and D Refurbishment

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to demolish and remove the existing secondary clarifiers at the Town's Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) and install new clarifiers (mechanical and electrical equipment) including testing, commissioning, and all incidentals.

Non-Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting:

An non-mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on TBD (Meeting to be Rescheduled - See Addendum No. 2) at the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway SE, Leesburg, VA 20175. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this pre-bid meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. A site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting and site visit will not be conducted virtually (not livestreamed).

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 2:00 pm (local time). The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
