Project Name: MTC - Outdoor Welding Lab
Description of Project/Professional Services: This project consist of a pre-engineered metal building with a concrete unit (CMU) base, metal wall panels, and steel-grate mezzanine. The scope includes steel-grate stairs, an overhead crane, exhaust fans, extending the campus medium voltage power to the building, power distribution for welding stations, and lighting system. Site work includes clearing, grading and construction of a stormwater pond.
