REQUEST FOR BID

AEROSOL FIELD MARKING PAINT

Bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until Friday, August 21 at 2:00PM to supply field

marking paint to the Town’s Highway Department. Bids shall include delivery with the following

detailed bid specifications and conditions:

The paint shall be aerosol athletic field (natural turf) marking paint in 18oz cans. The annual usage

is approximately 1,600 cans of white and 400 cans of colored paint. The colored paint options shall

be blue, red, yellow and black.

Please also provide an alternate bid for 22oz cans.

The price shall be set for a one-year period, August 7, 2026 until August 6, 2027.

The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal

taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack,

Highway Department, 76 Turkey Hill Rd, Merrimack, NH.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to

accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the

date and time specified.

The Town of Merrimack’s Purchasing Policy is available on the Town’s website:
