Strategic Plan - New Haven Health Department

The New Haven Health Department (NHV Health) is pursuing its initial accreditation through the Public Health Accreditation Board . A Strategic Plan is one of the required elements for accreditation. Through this RFP/Q a vendor is sought tot o develop a 5-year strategic plan for the New Haven Health Department. The development of the strategic plan must include input and knowledge from across the health department and the governing entity will need to be gathered, an assessment of the larger environment in which the health department operate conducted, and the organizational strengths to address identified challenges and opportunities identified. The strategic plan will serve as a roadmap for the future direction of the Health Department.
