Phase 1 - demolish existing buildings, including foundations and utilities (at 1701/1707 Metropolitan Parkway), Phase 2 -
redevelop the area in the location where buildings have been removed and convert into an extension of adjacent school bus parking depot (at 1701/1707 Metropolitan Parkway), Phase 3 ¿ demolish existing A.D. Williams ES buildings, including foundations and utilities (at 1065 Wilkes Circle).
