DIVISION I: Clearing, grubbing, site grading, site work, site piping. DIVISION II: 120,000 Gallon Steel Ground Storage Tank and Foundation. This project is being funded by a grant from the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA), and all Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the Contract documents.
