Summary

The successful bidder will be responsible for annual landscape maintenance and snow/ice removal for the Southpointe Special Improvement Maintenance District (SIMD). Contractor shall perform general tree/shrub/perennial/grass area care, remove trash/debris/refuse, provide weed/pest control, apply fertilizer for trees/shrubs/perennials/grass areas, implement regular irrigation services, complete spring/fall cleanup, other landscaped area maintenance as requested by the City, and remove snow/ice as needed.
