Description:

The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Repair and replacement of chain-link, wooden, vinyl, and ornamental fences.
  • Emergency and non-emergency fence repairs.
  • Installation of new fencing as required.
  • Customer notification and scheduling: The contractor is responsible for contacting the customer to coordinate appointments and scheduling repair or replacement services.
  • Call in utility locates.
  • Ensure all work meets City, State, and industry standards.
  • Removal and disposal of damaged or outdated fencing materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Yard restoration related to work done.

The contractor may be required to respond to requests for service within a specific time frame based on the urgency of the repairs.
