DIAMOND FIRE STATION NO. 2
FIRST FLOOR WALL REPAIR PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hazleton will receive sealed bids for the Diamond Fire Station No. 2 First Floor Wall Repair Project.

Project Location: Diamond Fire Station No. 2 622 North Church Street Hazleton, Pem1sylvania 18201

The project generally consists of the repair, preparation, skim coating, and repainting of the deteriorated first-floor interior wall located in the kitchen/day room area of Diamond Fire Station No. 2, as depicted in Exhibit A 1. The work includes all visibly deteriorated plaster surfaces, including loose, cracked, delaminated, and damaged plaster, together with all surface preparation necessary to produce a smooth, paint-ready finish. The Contractor shall remove and reinstall electrical devices, wall-mounted accessories, dispensers, shelving, and similar items as necessary to complete the work and shall protect all adjacent cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, ceilings, and Fire Department equipment throughout construction.

Sealed bids shall be received by the City of Hazleton until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at:
