The Closing date for Receipt of Proposals is extended to Monday, December 23, 2024. Submit no later than 04:30 PM EST.

Solicitation # SPE8EF24R0001 is hereby amended to include applicable clauses on page 14 and 15, and to clarify instructions and requirements on page 8.

The Closing date for Receipt of Proposals is extended to Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Submit no later than 04:30 PM EST.

Proposals and Amendments shall be submitted electronically via email ONLY as explained in the solicitation on page 5.

SPE8EF24R0001 is hereby amended to set a new closing date for the purpose of enhancing competition, and clarification/request for additional information regarding Page 11, Section 15, the Manufacturer(s) certification(s).

SPE8EF24R0001 is hereby amended to clarify instructions, and requirements for proposed pricing. See attached Amendment (SF30_SPE8EF24R00010001.PDF)

This solicitation consists of four type of pallets that fall under Federal Stock Class 3990.

3990-00-141-7261 - P/N MH1/9-10BW4048

These Pallets shall be manufactured in accordance with the standard/specifications available from the Approved American National Standard Institute (ANSI) MH1-2016, Part 9 “Wood Pallets for Department of Defense Use”. Pallets shall be manufactured only to the wood species class specified in Table 9-5 of ANSI MH1-2016 document. DoD pallets shall also comply with the ISPM 15 requirements as described in Part 3, Section 12, Phytosanitation of Wood Pallets.
