Multi-Unit Vehicle Lease Agreement

Project Description: The City of Waco is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the lease of up to ten (10) unmarked, commercially standard vehicles for municipal operations. Vehicle types may include compact or mid-size sedans and small SUVs, all appearing typical for consumer use with no specialized equipment. Vehicles must be current model year or no more than two years old. Leased vehicles will be returned upon reaching 25,000 miles for replacement by the vendor or when deemed appropriate by the City.
This solicitation will result in a multi-award contract, allowing the City to select one or more vendors based on availability, pricing, and responsiveness. The initial contract term will be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of leased vehicles during the contract term as needed to meet operational demands. Vendors must provide timely vehicle delivery, maintenance support, and responsive customer service throughout the duration of the agreement.
