REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR THE 2026 SCHOLARSHIP AMERICA BOILER REPLACEMENT

Quotes for Scholarship of America Boiler Replacement project will be received by the Owner. Email quotes only PDF format to Keisha Seys at keishas@saintpetermn.gov until Thursday, March 26th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at which date and time the quotes will be reviewed.

Project Scope: Removal and replacement of a water heater, boiler and corresponding pumps, along with associated vent lines, electrical conduit, drywall repair and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications.

Quoters shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. The proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or another permanent format. The proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal. All quotes shall be emailed in a PDF format to the recipient indicated herein.

All quotes shall be plainly marked "QUOTE ON SCHOLARSHIP OF AMERICA BOILER REPLACEMENT - SAINT PETER, MINNESOTA" and the name of the quoter. The Owner reserves the right to hold and consider the quotes for 30 days after the date of the quote opening.

The right to waive any informality in any quote and reject any or all quotes is reserved to the Owner.
