MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Please check all boxes that apply. Licensed to do business in the State of Washington. If not licensed, provide a written intent to become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected as the Apparently Successful Contractor. Aligned to current National Standards for Quality Online Learning, including a pre-developed and applied system for evaluation (rubric). Tool or system to measure alignment of proposed instructional materials for each individual online course offered by the online course provider to Washington state learning standards for applicable grades/subject areas. Ability to ensure compliance with Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA). Ability to report monthly data (listed in scope of work above). Consultants who do not meet the minimum qualifications noted above will be rejected as non-responsive and will not receive further consideration. Any proposal that is rejected as non-responsive will not be evaluated or scored.

Ability to accredit online course providers or verify that accreditation has been granted by another entity, such as Cognia or Association of Educational Service Districts (AESD).
