Proposals for ERP Solution and implementation Services

The City of Prince Albert is the third-largest city in Saskatchewan, serving approximately 38,000 residents, and acts as a regional hub of employment and services for the surrounding area. The City owns and operates more than 120 facilities and delivers a broad range of municipal services, including roadways, fleet, sanitation, underground utilities, the airport, water utility, parks, recreation and culture, traffic and transit services, community development, and financial services.

The City has relied on Microsoft Dynamics GP as its core financial ERP system since 2005. With Microsoft's end-of-support date for Dynamics GP set for December 31, 2029, the City is initiating this procurement ahead of that deadline in order to select and implement a modern, integrated ERP solution.

In preparation for this RFP, the City conducted a comprehensive current-state assessment across functional areas spanning Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Asset Management, Customer Service and more.
