RFQ Designer Services Chandler Road Phase 2 Recreational Complex

Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.  The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of  time, the wall clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

Chandler Road Phase II Recreational Complex

The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for Design Services for Phase II of the Chandler Road Recreational Complex.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the

opening thereof.

The contract for services through final design is not to exceed $250,000.00 and will be negotiated with the selected designer.

There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held on July 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM, at the site located at 147 Chandler Road.
