LOI 25-65-3340 Operations and Maintenance Services Water and Wastewater

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is notifying interested, qualified firms of an
upcoming solicitation to provide complete management, maintenance, laboratory, and
operational services for the following Forsyth County water and wastewater treatment
plants:
¿ Antioch WTP
¿ Chattahoochee Pointe Wells
¿ Dick Creek WRF
¿ Fowler WRF
¿ James Creek WRF
¿ Manor WRF
¿ Shakerag WRF
¿ Windermere WRF ¿ former plant site
This letter is to notify qualified firms of the upcoming procurement scheduled to advertise
mid-April 2025. Additionally, LOI site visits will be scheduled to allow interested firms the
opportunity to briefly visit our facilities during this LOI advertisement period. Additional
information can be found in the attachments to this LOI, downloadable from the Bonfire
procurement site. Registration/participation in this LOI will not be a prerequisite for
participation in the Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement.
THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE ONLY. No document submittals from interested parties are
expected or required from this LOI.
All general communication of relevant information regarding this solicitation shall be
directed to Greg Bridges, Deputy Director, Forsyth County Procurement Department,
GEBridges@Forsythco.com. No technical questions will be answered at this time. Questions
will be answered during the formal RFP process.
Site visits will be performed on March 12 at 8:30 AM and March 28 at 8:30 AM. Interested
qualified firms shall email Greg Bridges to schedule the date and time preferred. Site visits
will be included in the formal RFP once advertised.
